At The Mixologer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium syrups and bitters. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items and full replacements for transit-related issues.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging; for safety reasons, food products must be unopened and seals must be intact to qualify for a return.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
